It was another blustery day and the kids were out sailing again, this time with the sails!! They were moving so fast it was amazing, I could barely get a picture of them as they pasted. We watched them sail in our area for about 35 minutes when the instructors boats corraled the little sailboats back to port.  I have some very sad news to report... My pretty, fun and happy flower that I had on my sink  took a nose dive to the floor and broke.! It was one of those little solar flowers that's dances in the sun,but it was my flower garden. The water was a little rough and off it went, Phyllis and Mark gave us that, while they took care of my plants.. I sure hope mine a fairing better.!! I gave it a proper funeral and put it in the trash.. Can't pollute the water!! It will be surely missed....It always brought a smile to my face...Bella finally got shore leave!! Yeah... She was so happy she was going crazy..Carl told her she was going ashore and it was all I could do to get her to come to me to put her life jacket on. She would not stay still.!!! When Carl lowered the dingy I had to hold her to keep her from jumping off the boat and into the dingy.. Once on the dock she was pulling so hard on the leash I had to holler at her to slow down..I guess it had been to long since she has been on shore..Ya think... Poor Baby...We walked around for a while and let her sniff everything in site. She is still looking for lizards, just can't seem to find any... Were not in Florida anymore....We stoppped at a sailors pub at the end of the dock for a drink , but Bella couldn't go inside so we sat outside. Lucky for us a local guy decided to sit with us and tell us his colorful stories. By time he left Carl said he was hoping we would by him a beer( wrong couple, budget sailors we are) and that we sure know how to attract  the strange ones..If was off to the boat and I made dinner(boy was it good!!!) and then we hung about the deck and talked.. Carl had turned off all power and so there were no lights, radio, TV and no going in and out of the refrigarator... Forgot about the power when I was running the TV and it takes almost as much as the frig..Sorry my mistake..Bummer... We have not had an engine for a few days and the wind generator does not produce enough power to keep everything going. The batteries don't get a full charge like they do with  running the engine. So I guess we had to find something else to occupy our time..  COOL...I"M GOOD WITH THAT... One thing I have noticed is I maybe getting older, but I also getting better . I may not be as pretty and young as I once was, but I sure am having fun.. Our water pump is supppose to be here today, so we will take the bus downtown (without any help) pick up our part, get some veggies and a pvc pipe for Carl to attach to the handle on the dingy motor . That way it will be easier to handle when we are running about.. All the best dingy's have them!!!And you will not believe this but it's not raining today...HORRAY...
