What a wonderful day we had yesterday... When the sails were set it was a nice 10 knot wind and Windward Spirit filled her sails and glided along smoothly. Sailed south to our first destination Woodys for happy hour. We were met there by a few good friends and had a few cocktails. Sue Gabbard brought Carl a bumper bandanna with padding for when he hits his head on things in the cabin, and a birthday hat for me with a whale on it so we would have a whale of a good time and that's just what we had..Bella was so well behaved at Woodys we couldn't have asked for a better dog. Marlene at Woodys said she would let her stay this time, but no dogs are allowed.. OOPS.. Thanks Marlene.. At one point we thought we were lost when a VIKING SHIP sail by, where are we Norway? What sea are when in.  After a great time at Woodys it was back to the boat, (don't we just love that swim platform when we are getting in and out of the dingy) it was Grand Marnier under the stars, (Thanks Mary) and play time for Bella. This morning I got my exercise in and Bella finally went potty on the boat, I guess she figured out she wasn't going ashore. Good Girl..Then Carl got the bucket dipped for water and washed it away. Life is awesome
 I am gonna try to. post some pictures from the day, so you can see what great time we are having. Today we set sail for Anna Maria Island..
