Today was a day to find a couple of thing we needed like a small clock and new fuel filters. Finding the fuel filters was much easier than a clock. Our clock got wet in one storm or another and finally quit.. We walked though the street market again and stopped at a Italian bakery and shared a eggplant sandwich. Yummy that was good...The street market was packed, it was fun to people watch while we sat and ate. They had a big snake exhibit everyone seemed to enjoy, an a puppet show a church put on.. We walked through Gloucester neighborhoods to find the Family Dollar, and found the train station. We talked of taking the train to Boston, and found out Bella was allowed on the train.. Surprised me...So if we go, she goes..We also saw a moment for the men that served in the Spanish American war..Lots of history here. Plus an old church that was built 1855 we tried to get in but it was locked.. We stopped to rest under a shade tree with all that walking. Then we headed across the bay to see the other side. It was mostly residential but we did manage to check out one dock that lead to a fuel dock. You couldn't believe what it looked like more than half of it was falling apart, but yet they still had a nice dory boat sitting on it.We saw a few old marina's and docks along the way too. It amazing all we see..A quick walk and we were back on the boat and I cooked dinner. After dinner it was a night out for Carl and myself, without Bella, that sounds like a good time. She can't go to the bar.. We went to the Crow's Nest, you know the bar in the movie the Perfect Storm. It was fun to be there, they had pictures of the actors on the wall with the locals. Plus they made a good drink at good prices..We had a fine time on our big night out... It felt good to be out without Bella, but don't tell her..Now we watch the weather and wait to make our move, we had hopped it would be today but the waves are 5 foot in Ipswich Bay, to much for us..
