Getting up early in the morning is some how becoming a habit with us.. How did that ever happen, me early in the morning..Carl headed off to install the new fuel lines on the boat. Bella and I walked him over to the dock at Sam's and listened for him to arrive at the boat. The fog was so thick I could cut it with a knife..so we were not able to see him get to the boat, but we could hear when the motor on the dingy stopped. Hoped he was at the boat, or I'm sure we would have heard the splash.. Back at the house Nancy and Ernie were up so we had coffee and tea , but waited to eat till Carl got back. I finished up the wash, while Nancy cleaned all the leftover lobsters to be used later. I tired to do my blog but was having a hard time with the Internet connection. I was able to get the post on but not the pictures, I tried all day. I finally got them on today,so have a look. I had called Barbie since she was only an hour and half away to see if they could meet us in Freeport today. I told her I would call back when Carl got off the boat. Nancy and I waited so long for Carl we decided it was Bloody Mary time, so brunch cocktails it was. And boy were they good, if I say so myself since I made them. Carl must have smelled them as he arrived right after they were made. None of us had eaten all day so we had late brunch then Carl hopped into the shower after crawling around in the motor most of the day. Just as I picked up my phone to call Barbie my phone rang and it was Barbie saying her and Maury would met us in Freeport and did we want to spend a couple of days. We said okay we would meet them around 4:30 pm. Nancy called a family meeting and it was decided we would take their truck, that way it would be easier on everyone, no body had to worry meeting us.We packed up and headed off the Freeport. Thanks Ernie the truck is great and it was a nice ride over. We met Barbie and Maury and followed them to Rustler Stake House for dinner, they had great fish chowder, and the rest of the food was good too.. Then it was off to their house for a evening sitting at the bar in the basement for cocktails and conversation.. They had a very nice home, they even have an indoor heated pool and a packed bar. Yeah we could stay here a couple of days...When it was time for bed, we were showed to our room for a good night rest. Today we get to go to the store Maury works at..
